This video was shown as part of the NCAA tournament in 1999. It was filmed on location in Tucson Arizona in February 1999. The whole shoot took about 4 hours. Tom Green was just as strange in person as he is on T.V. It was cool to play Wilbur on a nationally televised advertisement.
