Omar DeLaRosa, Chris McCown, Caeley Lauren, Jason Hinders, and "Perfect" Hannah are Little Insects. They named themselves after the song "Hey There Little Insect" by Jonathan Richman. In the Summer of 2008, the five of them got together to play music in the Center of the vaguely defined boundaries of "Orlando, FL," a place smack-dab in the center of what they call Florida's "I-4 Corridor." The five of them met and occasionally got together for the sole purpose of playing songs that don't suck and could be classified as, what Chris dubbed, "dork rock."
