While shooting at a RC plane is way out of the norm, there are a large number of Americans that enjoy shooting at targets the same way some people like to fly RC planes. Oct 13, 2008 - Well most of those psychos fo it illegally. There is a lot of paper work, a lot of waiting, and a lot of money involved to own these types of weapons. Even after you get it all registered you have to get it all renewed every year and pay a few hundred to a few thousand depending on the weapon. It's not like we walk up to out local kangaroo and just buy a fully automatic weapon.
