Bugs in Chinese Market videos

Went to a food market in Beijing and they had these LIVE insects. Actually they're the same ones I ate earlier that week in Dalian (stir-fried with vegetables).At the end I pan over quickly and you see these bug-like sea creatures that I also ate.If you know the names of either of these animals, let me know.
