Dec 5, 2008 - True, but that does lower his power in any way. It actually makes him harder to predict. I personally am not fond of tiers but on the new list Wario is 8th and Mr. Game and Watch is 2nd.

Dec 5, 2008 - Really, that surprised me because in an earlier video you mentioned that the characters fighting were all highly ranked. (This was rather faulty. Ike is actually lowly ranked and there were 2.) While there is no denying that some characters were severly decreased by the developers to balance things out (Captain Falcon, for example) tiers was a thing they very much wanted to avoid.

Dec 5, 2008 - yet it would naturally outspeed it, assuming that the pokemon used to lvl up were speed based (even without the player knowing what EV training was) could typically put it's speed stat over 306 which is lucario's max speed
