"Only a fool laughs at his own jokes!" the fat-lipped hog said to the little man, and then laughs. ( This is pretty much how it happened thirty-two years ago, when I was eight, just standing on the lawn, minding my own business, and my oldest brother said this to me, and walked off laughing. He used to mercilessly call me a 'fat-lipped hog' and would make me feel very sad and small, and always seemed intent on hurting my feelings, so I just wanted to put this video up, just to get it out of my system, to purge this from myself. I couldn't help but do the voice with my brand of sarcasm, with practice I could imitate more of how it actually was, but the way he said it was kind of crazy, and I don't want to spend time re-creating that. It was a significant event for me, because it solidified my opinion about him, and over the years, I never had enough reason to forget what he said, and how he said it, and that laugh trailing off into the distance made me really think of what I was stuck with. "Yes, he is a fool," I thought to myself at eight years old. I remember thinking that to myself clear as yesterday. I was pretty tired of being his punching bag at that point, and his target for his excessive insensitive behavior. He can't quite figure out why there is distance today, he doesn't seem to get it, or me, and I don't care at this point if he ever does. )
