Thats right, IC (CN) 6200 is in charge of an empty coal train tonight. This was insane!!! Earlier that day, we saw an NS SD70M and NS D-9 on the point of a coal train, the day before there was a CSXT SD70ACe and CSXT SD70MAC on a coal train, and now this!? A CN SD40-2 and BNSF C40-8W!!!
