She's saying she's used to being busy all day long as governor of a state, and she doesn't want to be sitting around all day with nothing to do ... because let's face it, the VP job really doesn't have many responsibilities. Even John Adams hated the position. The only job duties for the VP are to serve as president of the Senate and take over the the president dies. It probably IS hard to fill up a day. What does Cheney do all day?
