This is a rap I did because I've been listening to a lot of rap for the past two weeks and I wanted to do a song that relied more heavily on the appeal of lyrical content and which I would write with a greater awareness of that as a primary goal compared to my melody-driven songs. The chorus is sung to give the piece some variety, the beat was used previously by blackalicious, I don't really have any production equipment. This is getting posted to youtube because I ran out of song slots on myspace and I don't want to delete anything.
