The broadcasters who go to satellite get great financial deals, but they lose 80-90% of their audience. Just look at Stern: great financial move but he has less than 1/10th the audience he once had.

Dec 4, 2008 - I enjoyed Mike and the Mad Dog for 18 years. I moved from New York to Florida in 2007 so I pretty much missed their 19th and final year together. I can't believe they lasted 19 years together because they clashed on occasion especially early in their run together. I do miss the "Mike and the Mad Dog" show. I don't think Russo or Francesca will be quite as effective going it alone as they were as a tandem.

Dec 4, 2008 - -5 thumbs for this, people really r devoted to 660 if you are lucky enough to receive the 1050 espn radio ny living in nj (1050 has a weak signal for whatever reason) you should give it a shot. kellerman from 10-1 is my favorite the most fun show on the radio keeps you laughing the whole time and is so passionate about new york sports. i highly recommend over evan roberts who if you picked against all of roberts football picks this season youd already be retired.
