Currently waiting to be passed through senate. All people (peaceful) will also be seen as terrorist and rights to lawyers, a court trial and a phone call will be withheld. Like Bush said before, "You are either with us, or with the terrorists" I guess Bush is now one of the terrorists and good willed people are now seen as evil.
