During the December 1, 2008 Valley City Commission meeting, a heated exchange between presiding Commissioner Ken Evenson and citizen Lloyd Nelson resulted in the TV camera being turned off by Evenson for a few moments as Police Chief Ross escorted Nelson from the podium.
